Last month I made a trip out to L.A. for some business and pleasure you might say. Took the Ol'Lady to L.A. cause she loves it so and I needed to cover the HellaFlush III event, I would say that is a win, win in my book.

First stop on my trip has to be Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles. This has to be the best combo that has ever hit a plate. Serious you have fried chicken which Roscoe's does that proper and has to be the best I have tasted in a long time and then you throw some Waffles in the mix to top everything off right. I miss you already Roscoe's

Next stop was Calabasas CA. This place is pretty nice, it has that upscale vibe. As we were walking around I came across these dogs that were just seating at a table like they had scheduled a lunch date. No master in sight, a few minutes later he comes out and says "you want to see some tricks?" too funny..

This theater had such a 50's vibe that I just had to snap a pic. Was hoping that they were showing '12 Angry Men or Singin' in the Rain'

We stubbled in to this bakery called 'Crumbs' which I think is the most creative name for a bakery.

Cupcakes are what's on the menu at Crumbs, and I could not be more happier with the selection...

We each picked one of our favorites and went to town...My weapon of choice is cookie dough...

My wife lookn fresh to def...

Our lovely friend Pina joined us on our trip to L.A...Ka-chow!

When we are in L.A. we always find our self on either Melrose, Fairfax or Hollywood. I just love the real world in your face vibe on Hollywood..

Love this pic reminds me of the 1960's Batman show

Well tell next time L.A. I will have sweet dreams about your lovely lights... See you in January..
