I just had to post this coverage from SpeedHunters shot by Rod Chong. These two drivers are my all time favorite drivers for FD this year. Above is Matt Powers sporting his new look for 2010 and I just dig it, I still wish he had some dish but hey I guess he had to do have he had to do. All the testing took place at Willow Springs were Matt could test out his new full built KA Turbo. Looking good bro...
Next on the list is Mad Mike, what can I say about this car but DAMN!!!! Low, "Check" Dish, "Check" and Power, "Check" what more could you ask for. I'm so glad he is joining the FD season and under Need For Speed team. These two ripping up the track is just going to be so epic.. So I wish them both good luck in the 2010 season and hope for the best...

Part IV coverage brings to you guys all the car show action, and what I know you guys have been waiting for. Pictured above is the man of the hour Mr. John Leigh, he organized the whole Import Reactor for you guys and needs a big standing ovation. Reason being is that he put on a great show, brought down Smokey from Top Secret, Vaughn Gittin Jr, and Jarod DeAnda to host all the craziness that went down. StanceWorks was in the house and I was there to represent them and their new collaboration with AST suspension. I had their prototype suspension on my car to show case to the world zeroclearance in action... I'm so excited about this collaboration and will have more information for you guys later..

Part III of Import Reactor brings you inside of Anime Matsuri convention. Were you can get lost in all the craziness that the anime world can bring to you. From custom costumes, video games and of course the fighting room. In my opinion this is what made Import Reactor so much to take in I could hardly take it.

And of course it would not be a anime convention with out video games...

This past weekend was Import Reactor and I most say that this was the best event I have been too since SOTU. So much was going on it was kind of a mind over load, which involved Drinking, Drifting, Drinking, Cars, Drinking, Girls, Drinking, Music, Drinking, Anime, Drinking, Fighting Room and did I say Drinking.
The day started out pretty early which sucked in my case because I only had like 4hrs of sleep. Reason for that is because of the IR drift event that was held the previous night. I meet up with Ben (StanceWorks), Yoshi, Starve and the RE team right out side the event.
There were some problems with us rolling in and setting up for the show due to the fact that the event was in a parking garage and the surrounding businesses where still using the garage and complained to the Marriott. This pushed up our roll in time to 5pm. As we waited a couple of cops on horses came by to check out some of the rides.. This could only happen in TX..

We started our day with a whole lot of blue tape, gas and some food. After that we were on the road by 2pm and on our way to GGP for Import Reactor Drift.. Pictured above is Eric's sexy Z33 sporting some Equips with a custom paint job,, you have to love those copper barrels.

Sorry that this coverage is coming to you so late. Its been a really busy week and the only thing that is getting me by is MONSTERs. With that said the weekend of the 27th, we set out to the GrandSport SpeedWay to check out some of the drifting action that was going on in Texas. Like I said before Monsters are what got me there.
When I got there we linked up with James Evins, if you don't know this man they you don't know shit. This was my first time actually talking to James and meeting him. I have always looked up to his work so it was great to kick back and chat it up with him. I 'll end this with "Fuck the recession!"
We also linked up with my good friend Linhbergh from SpeedHunters. Great guy and even a crazier party animal.

This past weekend was the 2010 Wek'fest, held in San Francisco. Was suppose to attend the show with Ben from StanceWorks but was held up in town. Well I have seen allot of coverage from this show but none of them grabbed me like the coverage from Kevin Hahn. The way he captured each car made them look like collectable art pieces in its self. With that said Kevin was kind enough to let Purple Wall host some of his pictures from the show. So thanks Kevin and hope to get more coverage from you again some day.

I really like how NEVRSLO builds their rides. Each one displays the black and gold color theme and both cars look mean as hell. Their 350z caught my eye the moment it hit the track, nothing but clean lines and low to the ground, just how it's suppose to be.
Now they just dropped another sick car in their line up. What we are looking at is an S13.4, man oh man does this look clean. I can't wait to see this thing in action, I know its not going to disappoint me at all.

Milt is a great guy and I was honored to meet the man behind the sickest SC in the country. Part II of the HellaFlush III meet brings to you nothing but the best of the best. I thought I would start it off with Shane's G35, which in my opinion was the best car there. As further pictures will show he has this fitment thing down to a key, proper stance at its finest.

Last week was Fatlace's HellaFlush III meet, since I was near by I thought it would be great to come on by and support Mark and the Fatlace crew. Real I was not really close but actually 5hrs away in L.A., so a quick little drive and bam!! car heaven.....
HF III brought the best of the best in the game in-terms of proper fitted cars. Some of the cars featured on Uuuu Siickk were there and I was pretty excited to see them in person. And let me tell you the Cali boys did not disappoint me in what they had to offer.

Man guys I can't tell you how happy I'm for having two features in one day,,,, I mean damn this just made my whole year. So StanceWorks.com did a feature on my car for their front page and the write up was great, written by TheNeek of StanceWorks and Photographs done by J.LU Photography. Recently SpeedHunters.com did an excellent job of showcasing Chris Forsberg's 2009 championship through a great video done by Will Roegge. It shows the true passion Chris has for drifting and lets you in on how he prepare for an event and why he choose the power plant he has for the 350z.

Ok boys and girls, as stated on the home page blog that I was selected by SpeedHunters.com to have my car featured for the month of November for Slammed cars. Rod Chong did a great job with the feature and showcased my car in such a way only he could do. This is perfect for me cause I'm about the hit the track this November and sad to say it might not look like this any more, due to me drifting it up in Texas. This will give me a great memory of how it used to look....lol. But trust me I will try my best not to damage my baby..

Purple Wall brings to you part 2 of Lone Star Bash, an even closer look into the crazy world of drifting at Mineral Wells. There is nothing better then walking around the Paddock and watching everyone working on their cars, the smell alone of tires in the air brings such a joy to my soul. All the heavy weights decided to show up at Lone Star Bash and partake in the event.

Last Sunday was Lone Star Bash, one of the craziest drift events I have been to for a long time. Fourth gear entries at 100+mph with six cars deep, is the most beautifully site I have every laid eyes on. Words and pics do not explain how amazing this event was, its just something you have to be there to witness. With that said I will let the pictures do all the talking. Here is part 3 of the Stance of the Union coverage and the final cars to wrap thing up. It still blows my mind how big this event was, Ben had an idea and that idea grew and grew. With the help from friends this event became bigger then the idea of the event. Well don't think this is the end of Stance of the Union, look for future events to take place very soon....

Part two of Stance of the Union brings to you nothing but hotness. The event started at 12pm with a line wrapped around the street and down the block. This event rolled out the red carpet with professional video photographers taking snaps as your car rolls up to the entrance. Dj blasting the tunes and the back ground and NOS energy drink providing the flavor to keep the party going.....

Wow what a weekend, got in Dallas at around 5:30a.m. and had a photoshoot scheduled for like 7a.m. and then in for a long night of Cars, Music and Drinks. No sleep here. Ben and Mike Burroughs of StanceWorks put on an incredible show that showcased what it is to be stanced in TX.......

The Swang'N'Bang boys of Dallas Texas know fitment very well and they do it up BIG. Each car displays mind boggling wheel fitment that makes all competitors beg for mercy. There is nothing more gratifying than seeing a slammed 350z or G35 sitting on the proper wheel fitment roll pass you, or just sitting there for that matter. I can't say much for the Swang 'N' Bang boys but Uuuu Siickk!!!

Justin Rogers' S14 is blowing up the web right now. This beauty is sure to be found on almost every main website on the web. Photos were shot by Khiem Pham, in the hurt of downtown Houston TX. Khiem did an incredible job capturing the true essence of the car. So I went to Hot Import Nights in Austin to check out what the competition had. It's safe to say that every year the show gets smaller and smaller, I wonder if it's due to the economy or the lack of car scene interest in Texas; well I guess that can only be said for Austin because HIN Dallas does not disappoint....

What can I say about Mad Mike that has not been said already. He is hands down a mad scientist when it comes to rotary engines, and lets not mention his keen eye for fitment done right.
